About Mitch Wolff
I'm Mitch Wolff and the Founder of WOLFF ASSOCIATES. As a Licensed Independent Insurance Agent since 1990 I serve Hartford, Tolland and Windham counties in Connecticut specializing in the Medicare market. I enjoy building lasting relationships with my clients many of whom eventually refer to me as “Medicare Mitch”.
I've learned a few things over the years. I know you can get insurance from anyone with the right insurance license, however I've also learned the Agents who are willing to simply sell you insurance usually turn out to be the ones you'll never hear from again. Medicare isn't like buying Auto, Homeowners or Life insurance. It requires an ongoing relationship with ongoing support as well as Education, Communication, Accessibility and Trust. You'll get that from beginning to end and it'll never cost you a penny.
By itself Medicare can look to be overwhelming. Whether you’re entering Medicare for the first time or you’re a Medicare veteran, my goal is to get you started on the right path and help you navigate the changes from year to year, to give you a sense of assurance and peace of mind. Because Medicare isn't a one size fits all program, you'll always get the individualized attention you deserve.
Thanks,
“Medicare Mitch”
Education
Let's face it, thinking about Medicare for the first time can be a frightening experience. That's why I make available my free Welcome to Medicare Educational Workshops four times each month for people who are entering Medicare for the first time. I'll explain Medicare in terms you'll understand and you'll leave my workshops better educated, less confused, and more confident.
Communication
Your journey doesn't end once you've enrolled into Medicare. It's really only just begun. Medicare Plans change from year to year as may your circumstances. That's why it's important to be working with someone who not only has full knowledge of all Plans available, but will also be there each step of the way, year after year, to keep you well informed and provide unbiased advice.
Accessibility
Our first encounter may be at a Workshops, or by telephone, email, etc. After that, many clients like to meet face to face. However we meet, it'll be the beginning of our relationship but definitely not the end. I'm always just a phone call away. And if a face to face visit is necessary at any time, I'd be more than happy to see you.
Trust
We've all heard the expression. Trust isn't free, it has to be earned. And I'll strive to do just that.
Medicare is not something to be taken lightly. Bad choices usually lead to bad outcomes. With so many options to choose from it's important that you receive complete and accurate information. And you'll want to be working with an unbiased source.
